Those are the words of Johan Santana in today's article by Joe Christensen. That doesn't bode well for the Twins. How about this quote from the Twins two-time Cy Young Award winner?
I guess I won't be a part of it. A lot of guys don't feel like they can be part of it, and they have to move on.
Please read the entire article because there are a lot more quotes by Santana. Clearly he is not at all happy about the Luis Castillo trade, but it is clearly more that he is upset about. I do understand his thoughts and his quotes, but at the same time, I also don't disagree with the philosophy that Santana is saying that the Twins management has. It is an interesting dilemma and it will be very interesting to see how it all plays out. Feel free to leave your thoughts below.
